About the Webinar:
The State of California has over 350 transit providers, covering a wide range of services and administrative capabilities. To elevate the transit passenger experience state-wide, the California Integrated Travel Project (Cal-ITP) is tasked with ensuring that every agency produces complete and accurate GTFS information. A new and innovative component in this effort is the publication of the California Minimum GTFS Guidelines, which establish transparent outcomes for transit providers and their vendors. This talk explains the process that led to the creation of the Guidelines, as well as how the Guidelines have been used to drive other processes and products that improve passenger information outcomes.
